Wine in Verze

We needed wine so it was time to visit the cave of Nicolas Maillet in Verze. We stopped along the way to take pictures of a chateau behind a large gate..

Aline was waiting for us. We managed to get silly on just a taste of wine...

Looking to the other side of the cave, I asked why everything was wrapped in black plastic. There are 500 bottles of wine in each box and the wrapping protects the wine from being harmed by light.
