April 2019 in Vermont

Finally Spring is coming to Vermont. Here's Bonnie watching snow melt. Fortunately the dogs seem to know when it is no longer safe to walk on the pond ice...

Look to the right, above the deck railing...the pale blue is the pond within the fence that the dogs run across all winter long, but not now.



Granted, this is April and it's April showers that bring May flowers...except I'm heading to France in a few days; they have flowers already. The only thing blooming on Hedgehog Hill is my Christmas cactus...
