Francis got a fire started in the living room
Last night Marie-Annick needed to help the fire. Jack Weltner has a hollow metal tube he blows into for his campfire. This is a wooden tube. The part that is near her lower hand and sticks out is used to hang this tube from the fireplace mantel. It's just a handy handle.

I love the fish on the bathroom wall. Behind that wall is a roomy shower. You can see a piece of the shower curtain, but if no one else is around to peek, there really isn't any need to close the curtain.

Francis had to fix the sink drain so all of the bottles that are normally stored under the sink were on the counter.

There is no toilet in the bathroom. The toilet gets a room of its own.

If you read my previous post, it is obvious that the computer gurus answered my call for help and I've been able to move pictures onto the blog.
Looking at the stone steps leading to upstairs and beyond to the front door, neither of which can be seen in this picture.
Lying in bed, I was fascinated by the chandelier so I grabbed the camera. This also shows the bedroom loft with its bookcase which can also be accessed from a door (out of sight to the right) on the second floor. The ladder isn't set up for climbing so I am using it for hanging out some clothing.
